Mustard-Pine Nut Vinaigrette

2 tbsp Chopped Pine Nuts

1 tbsp Dijon or Brown Mustard

1/3 C Tarragon, Cider

or Red Wine Vinegar

1 Cup Safflower or Olive Oil

1 ea Lemon, Juice from

1 tbsp Minced Onion or Shallot

1 tbsp Chopped Parsley

1.5 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp White Pepper

1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1 Cup Vegetable Oil

 

Combine all Ingredients in bowl

or blender and mix well.
